Lisa Spencer’s real estate journey began in 1994 in Morristown, New Jersey, where she quickly distinguished herself by earning the New Jersey Circle of Excellence Award in her first full year. During her 12-year sales career with Coldwell Banker, she consistently ranked among top performers—receiving President’s Circle honors, multiple Agent of the Month awards, and Mortgage Premier Agent status.
Her passion for growth and learning led her into leadership and coaching, where she discovered what would become her life’s work: helping real estate professionals build meaningful, sustainable success. As a Productivity Coach and later Team Leader within Keller Williams, Lisa guided agents through shifting markets—including the challenges of the real estate recession—while contributing to the expansion of high-performing organizations recognized by Real Trends for national growth.
From 2011 to 2019, Lisa served as Team Leader of Keller Williams Brandon, growing the office from 116 to 413 agents. Under her leadership, the market center became the most profitable Keller Williams office in Florida for multiple years and ranked #22 in the nation in 2018—an achievement rooted in strong culture, clear systems, and intentional agent development.
In 2019, Lisa launched Lisa Spencer Consulting, creating a platform dedicated to equipping agents, team leaders, and entrepreneurs with the productivity strategies, organizational systems, and clarity of vision needed to thrive in today’s real estate landscape. She now shares her expertise nationwide, helping professionals move from overwhelm to focused momentum—building businesses that support both financial success and meaningful lives.
